In order to calculate the risk score, we will need temporary access to the anonymised survey responses in your web browser. This data will, for a brief moment, be sent to our servers to calculate the response to send back to you. After that the data is erased and is in no way accessible by any staff member.
Cookies are small pieces of data, stored in text files, that are stored on your computer or other device when websites are loaded in a browser. We have used them for functional reasons – to enable a personalised experience for both visitors and registered users. We have only used cookies that are strictly necessary. These are the cookies that are essential for ‘cogdrisk.neura.edu.au’ to perform basic functions. These include those required to allow registered users to authenticate and perform account related functions. We do not collect user’s personal data using cookies, nor do we pass them on to any third parties. Any cookies not expired at the end of the browser session are only retained for the end user’s convenience (e.g., login/screen name) and are not used for tracking purposes.
You understand that NeuRA may change or vary its policies in relation to the research tool at any time with or without notice to me.
