CogDrisk is a risk assessment tool designed using the latest evidence to help you understand your dementia risk profile and provide you with personalised recommendations to lower your risk of developing dementia later in life.

The assessment will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You will be able to download a personalised report that you can discuss with your doctor.

CogDrisk will ask about:

  • Your demographics and medical risk factors such as history of diabetes and high blood pressure
  • Lifestyle habits such as smoking, social engagement and physical activity

Individuals 18 years and above can complete the assessment. The information provided will be used to create a personalised report (both a PDF copy and an online interactive profile) and recommendations will be provided using national and international guidelines. Individuals aged 40 years and above will receive an evidence-based risk score. An option to set up an account will be provided to save your results and repeat the assessment.

Take the assessment to discover your personal risk profile and tips for managing specific risks that apply to you.
